The 966 pairs a fluted, cone-shaped frosted shade—lit from within so the ribs read as soft vertical stripes—with an open metal cradle of dark bronze-toned rods. The arms cross at the wall, rise in a shallow V to frame the glass, then resolve below in paired decorative loops that feel almost bow-like before finishing in gently flared ends. The round backplate carries a mottled copper-and-verdigris character that reinforces the hand-finished story.
